Full payment of registration is required by credit card upon booking. Accepted credit cards are Visa & Mastercard. On-line payments are guaranteed through a secure payment site.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Cancellations before 1 August will receive a full refund less 5.000 ISK administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1 August 2023, but changes can be made at any time. The conference organisers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the conference. Neither the organisers of the conference nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations. The service fee for all changes is 4.500 ISK.
